A sample five-night corporate program

The structure below is a guide for a group of sixteen to twenty four. Day order and course selection flex to suit your brief, and a dedicated events host is included throughout at the fully hosted tier.

Day 1 · Arrivals and welcome dinner

Private fleet transfers from Los Cabos International meet the group off each flight and deliver everyone directly to the resort. A late-afternoon briefing in the meeting suite runs through the competition format, handicap adjustments and the prize structure. The welcome dinner is hosted at a private restaurant space within the resort, with a short welcome address and a chance for the group to land properly before the golf begins. The events host circulates throughout so no delegate is left navigating the evening alone.

Day 2 · Shotgun-start company day at Quivira

An early private transfer takes the full group to Quivira Golf Club. The shotgun start gets all teams away simultaneously at 7 am, with branded cart signage, a welcome bag at each cart and a roving photographer on course. Lunch and prizegiving follow in the Quivira clubhouse, with the leaderboard posted to the group's event app. The afternoon is free for the resort pool, spa or an optional boat excursion, with dinner at leisure in Cabo San Lucas.

Day 3 · Client round at El Cardonal or Puerto Los Cabos

A smaller group of eight to twelve plays a client-facing round on a prestige course. Day 4 · Free day and sponsor or partner activity

A lighter day that leaves space for a scheduled sponsor activation, a product launch breakfast, a short presentation session in the meeting room, or simply free time for delegates to explore, rest or arrange their own round at one of the resort courses. The events host is available throughout for concierge requests and logistics.

Day 5 · Final round and awards night

The competition concludes with a final round, either a four-ball better-ball or a stableford, on whichever course has not yet been played in the program. The awards night is the centerpiece of the trip: a private dining setup at the resort, a formal prize presentation with trophies and branded prizes, a short video of the week's best moments from the photographer, and an open bar for the duration. The mood is right, the relationships are warm, and the trip has done its job.

Day 6 · Departures

A final resort breakfast and private transfers to Los Cabos International, timed to each flight. The events host checks every delegate out and confirms all transfers before standing down.
