Founded in 1891, this is the oldest golf club in Spain, a Mackenzie Ross designed par 71 at about 400 meters on the rim of the Bandama caldera, an extinct crater roughly 800 meters across. The two faces of resort golf here. Transfers between the southern courses rarely top 20 minutes; only the Bandama day involves real driving. Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas takes visitors on weekday mornings and asks for handicap certificates, so fix that tee time first.
