The course now operates as T-Golf Palma Puntiro, but the layout under the new branding is the same Nicklaus design that earned its reputation.

What you get is a thinking golfer's course. At a par 71 of about 6,600 yards it is not long by modern championship standards, and that is the point: Nicklaus Design favors strategy over brute force, asking for the right shot to the right spot rather than the biggest drive. Olive and almond groves frame the holes, bunkering is placed to punish the careless line, and the greens reward an approach played from the correct angle.
