The greens are generous but contoured, rewarding the player who reads the slope toward the lower ground. Several of the par 5s tempt a long second across water, while the short holes ask for a confident, committed strike to well guarded targets. Conditioning benefits from the cooler climate, with the turf holding color and pace well through the year. A local caddie is a real asset for reading the subtle grain and the mountain influenced breaks, and the setting alone makes this one of the more memorable rounds within reach of Jakarta.
